Congratulations to both Countries on using Common Sense and Great Intelligence. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” the president declared in his Saturday morning post.

Both foreign nations are among the handful of global powers that possess nuclear weapons, making tension between the two countries particularly dangerous on the world stage.
