RIA Novosti claim that the ATACMS guidance system fell into the Russians hands shows the internal structure of the guidance and flight correction system of ATACMS operational-tactical missiles delivered from the USA to Ukraine.

In short video man in balaclava handling what he says is the guidance systems from an ATACMS ballistic missile shot down by Russian forces. The claim has not been verified. He shows the part other side with label on the back of the missile guidance system suggesting it came from a US Army base in Alabama, and adding that the information will allow Russia to study how the missiles are guided while in flight.

Vovchansk: This map showing the most area controlled by Russians and could be the most correct on July 04 2024
The fighting in Vovchansk has been going on for more than a month. It was very clear from beginning that Russian do not have enough big force to advance further and that could be a trap to force Ukraine to pull troops from other fronts to retake lost territory and Zelenski fell in trap. At beginning of the battle Russian Airforce destroyed bridges across the Volcha river muddy river banks making resupply for Ukraine forces more difficult as Russian drones and artillery destroying engineering equipment supporting the crossing.

On the map you can see how difficult is for Ukraine to hold the position, however they made some gains light blue area.

Russian Ministry of Defence confirmed that eastern part of Chasiv Yar from Siverskyi Donets-Donbas canal is under Russian control.
