On the 26th March reliable pro Russian bloggers reported that Polish Brigadier General Adam Marczak was killed in Chasiv Yar Ukraine.

Several hours later also neutral western sources started reporting that Polish Brigadier General Adam Marczak passed away.

Reliable Russian sources on Telegram reported that Polish brigadier general was one of those who allegedly died as a result of a Russian Iskander missile strike on the Chasov Yar.

Polish Armed Forces confirmed that Polish Armed Forces announced the sudden death of Brigadier General Adam Marczak, saying that the unexpected death of Mr. General occurred due to natural causes, during his free time from duty without mentioning reason and place.
